The world is covered in darkness just as often as it is covered in sunlight. So why are most of the photographs taken during the daytime? If you’re not outside looking around at night, then you’re missing half of what the universe has to show you.

About the Photo: This photograph is an unspectacular dugout in the middle of an unspectacular softball field in the middle of a suburb of tract housing. It has very little appeal during the day. But at night, it all comes alive.
